Building blocks 2: Amplifiers, mixers etc
For an amateur designing a complex circuit, it is normally a good idea first to draw the proposed circuit in block diagram form. See other chapters in this handbook for many examples of block diagrams. Once the designer is happy that the diagram represents a viable design, each of the blocks can be filled in. The purpose of these Building Blocks chapters is to present examples of circuits which can be used to fill the blocks.
